Do you offer a free taster?
Yes, absolutely! If you are unsure which steps to take but would like to hear more about how my services would benefit you, you are more than welcome to book in a 20 minute initial consultation. This is limited to 1 per person either by phone or video call and must be pre-booked.
Can I book as a gift on behalf of someone else?
You are more than welcome to book on behalf of someone else, providing you have their permission to share their contact details. I always follow up bookings with a confirmation anyway, so hopefully, there will be no surprises!
What is your refund policy?
As a sole trader, I handle all refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If a service has been delivered in line with the agreed specifications and timings, refunds cannot be offered, regardless of the outcome. However, your experience is paramount to my business and I pride myself on going the extra mile to always work with you to ensure you feel supported, valued and satisfied with the service you receive.
Do you offer in person services such as scene reading for self-tapes, casting assisting…?
I love the idea of being the most helpful asset in the room; basically, yes, because I adapt to whatever you need! Feel free to send a contact form submission with your request and we will work together to create a tailored package for you. Please be mindful, additional charges may apply such as travel costs.
Can I book in more than one package at a time?
Of course! Subject to availability and as long as timings are considered so there are no overlaps, the possibilities are endless!
What happens if I need to reschedule?
Bookings can be moved at no extra cost, if at least twenty-four hours’ notice is given (hopefully it’s because of new work opportunities!). Bookings cancelled or rescheduled with less than twenty-four hours’ notice will require the full fee.
I’m not an actor but I’m still a creative - can I book with you?
You are more than welcome to and I’d be happy to help. However, acting is my specialist subject so I would recommend the initial free 20 minute consultation first to make sure we can reach a plan we are both happy to move forward with.
Is everything shared between us confidential?
Your safety and security is crucial to the reputation of my business so you can absolutely trust that everything discussed from the initial contact will be kept between us. The only time this agreement will be broken is if I believe you or someone else is in danger for any reason and it needs to be reported. I also understand the nature of NDAs and professional relationships are a delicate matter, and I will take great care to balance this with you.
